WHAT DOES IT COST FOR YOUR SERVICES?
It varies due to the size and scope of your project. A free consultation
can be arranged to assess your needs and the fees to be charged.
HOW FAST CAN YOU COMPLETE OUR
PROJECT?
The design and construction documents phase can be as short as 2-2 ½ weeks
on smaller projects. Larger projects will require more time. After
meeting with you we will be glad to put together a projected time line
for your project.

McDermott Planning has been doing business in the Rocky Mountain West
since 1992. The principal, Terry McDermott has specialized in office
design for over two decades and has designed millions of square feet
of office, retail and medical space for clients.
WHAT AREAS DO YOUR SERVICE?
Although McDermott Planning is located in the Denver area-corporate
clients can be accommodated anywhere in the country.
